SStraight Up is a modern cask beer. Brewed with wheat and rye malt for a full mouthfeel and a slightly sweet edge.
 
Hopped with UK Chinook from Brookhouse Hops and Citra from Yakima Chief. Citrus, marmalade and lychee to the fore.
